In my opinion, this is the important part

In other words, the probability of certain events is effected by these fields, and they sort of "record" what has happened, and make it more probable. If something happens once, it is more likely to happen again than it was before the first time. If something happens many times, it is even more probable.

this all applies to people, places, organic and non organic material, etc. It isn't a philosophy or observation about how things work, but it is saying that these fields actually exist and real things in themselves.

So theoretically where the bad energy hangs around after grisly murders, then the morphic resonance is what makes it possible, and the morphic field records and transmits the 'evil' or whatever.
