My tip is to avoid all modern food, no tomatoes, or potatoes no avocados and just eat simple food with spices available to the era I'm exploring.

Are you drawn to any particular eras?
Growing up, I remember learning about the French Revolution in school and thinking "oh, so it did happen after all."
I liked Pachelbel, Bach, Vivaldi, and Mozart, but not Beethoven.
Men's clothing from about 1720 up till around 1780 struck a very strong chord of 'home' and 'right' in me - after around 1780, the coat loses too much volume and no longer feels 'right', and the change in fashion around 1800 has no resonance at all. Unfamiliar.
Late baroque/rococo decor feels very strongly of 'home'.
All these things have a very particular timeframe and place in common. (French men's suits feel 'right'; for what it's worth, and I can pick them out as being 'right' even if the provenance of the suit isn't listed with it; English made suits from the same time consistently feel the most 'wrong' - ie not-French, evidently. Sorry, England.)
I have a couple memories of that life. Both have strong emotional components to them.

I have seen videos on past lifes and I'm pretty sure I have a connection to National Socialist Germany. I have always enjoyed history class and history about WWII. I don't know, but I have always been so facinated about National Socialist Germany. I've always hated niggers on my school, but asians was fine even if their skin tone was just as dark(But I had a feeling that asians "don't belong here").

Politically, I've always liked the right-wing(even before I started reading online newspapers) and never believed in multiculturalism (My school-books pushed multiculturalism very hard). And I've always questioned the society that we live in.

It's not too long ago that I started expolring this past life stuff, but I'm pretty sure that I've had a past life as a person in National Socialist Germany.

I take this method with a handful of slat but while lurking around astrology forums there was a thread about pinning down your last past life period.

I would avoid going for so called past life regression readings, how do you know if information
during reading is given by honest spirit guide.
Same like on Earth we have liars same in spiritual realms there are liars.
Better to live your life with out asking others about it.
I have a theory that the more time I spend thinking about my past lives the less time I have to think and live my life in the present.
