Not UFO but most likely made using or encorperating alien technology. Aliens arent stupid they would not allow us, as a world fueled and governed by greed, to have completely up to date alien technology. They would however allow us to encorperate old alien technology, say 69 year old alien technology into military equipment/craft. This is for 1 of 2 reasons. For one nation of earth to have a significant and unfair advantage over other nations due to alien 'interference' is the same as going to a 'primitive' land, where the people use bows, arrows and clubs, and giving one tribe sniper rifles. And because giving a less technologicaly advanced race, potentially dangourus race, up-to-date military grade alien technology is like throwing away a major military advantage.
