well, if there is an afterlife, then i would think it would be a better place than here. maybe heaven would transcend the boundaries of time and everyone you knew on earth would be there regardless of when they died

if there isn't an afterlife, you probably wouldn't have the consciousness to know that you were dead. it would just be like complete nonexistence, like you were never there to die in the first place, which i guess wouldn't be bad either

i'm not scared of death because those thoughts comfort me a little. hopefully one of them turns out to be true in the end

what if when we die we find ourselves inside a fleshlike, orb pitch black but every fear,pain, and terror manifested upon you so it feels like reality.You cant breathe. You will try to escape but only feel the slippery walls of the orb and hear the infinite screams of the others that have died.

My uncle passed away 3 days ago,i cried like a little bitch.
i loved that sob even though we haven't seen eachother for a year at least.
he had a hard life but it still feels like he left too early he was only 53.

I am more afraid of life to be honest. I do not believe in the afterlife and oblivion seems pretty comfy.

Was terribly afraid of death a few years ago.
Then I took acid, got a new sense of wonder and decided to live my life to the fullest - so long as I do that I will not be scared of death because even when I die I had lived my life to the best of my ability. I don't believe in reincarnation and any heaven/hell theories. I think you just die. Your heart stops beating, you get a kick of DMT a few moments before you die (for all we know that might last another lifetime seeing how hallucinogens alter your view of time) and you just dissapear, as is tradition.
