Sure. Roman Catholicism worships the goddess and venerates ancestors and heroes. As much as they don't like to admit.

Shinto and Hinduism are contemporary "pagan" religions. The latter has a massive following.

I myself prefer Neoplatonism with Christian and Hellenic colorings.

Wiccanism is also pagan, and some flavours of Buddhism could be called pagan also (Though I think 'Pantheistic' would probably be more accurate in most cases)
