So, /x/, I've never had sleep paralysis before, but I've got the intense feeling that I'm going to have it tonight.
I don't know how to describe it, but I can ask for your advice on the subject.
If I do find myself having sleep paralysis, what should I do, what should my main concerns be, etc.
Also, I recognize that this could just be paranoia leading to a self fulfilling prophecy but whatever. pic ubrelated

Just roll with it. I have sleep paralysis every now and then. Nothing spooky happens to me, however that's not the case for everyone.

If I roll with it I'll end up snapping straight into a lucid dream. From then on, it's hours of battling invisible demons that try and pull your soul from you.

Good times.

Them demons or lesser things, whatever the fuck they are. They fight like some fag ass wrestlers. They're always laying on top of me, trying some smother technique.

Understand that it's sleep paralysis and try to move your eyes to have something to do until you wake up. Or go back to sleep, whatever.
