Yes: first of all, you gotta want to. Mars in Taurus means total demotivation and comformity; being a pessimistic Pisces, that doesn't help at all. Also, having Venus in Aquarius must only scramble your desires even more. First step: take the first step. Go somewhere where people are, and start a conversation. Uranus in Aquarius should open you many doors, yet those two aspects blur your vision.

Most of these are negative to me, they indicate confusion, loneliness or hiding something. I think you have indeed some spiritual ability and that I can't really read you very well.

As for witchcraft, I may have dabbled when I got into the occult, but I was always more into direct magic, and I've been doing chaos magic lately. Divination is actually my latest foray (a little over a year) into the occult; I've been practicing magic in some form or another for almost 13 years now. I've practiced sex magic before, but I have very conservative sexual attitudes, so I don't normally find myself in a situation where I can practice with a partner.

The three most common decks are Rider-Waite, Thoth, and Marseilles. Most tarot decks are variations of those in terms of the meanings of the cards. From there, the difference in images is mostly for the sake of the reader: certain images will speak to the reader or help remember the meaning better than traditional imagery. A deck that speaks to you personally will help you learn better than traditional imagery that makes no sense to you. Once you know the meanings well enough, you can choose based entirely on aesthetics.

I don't know much about Marseilles, so I won't comment on that. Thoth is incredibly dense in meaning, as I have it understood. Rider-Waite is, in my opinion, easier to learn, partly because the imagery is very straightforward, but also because it has the largest amount of resources available for it.
