I'm currently in the process of joining/being initiated into a cult. They refer to themselves as a cult and aren't shy about it.
They've shown me pictures of different rituals and training exercises inductees go through. However, the whole thing is very easy to find on google and seems to just be some shitty group that's organized around a zine.

Anyway, has anyone here ever joined a cult? Wanted to or tried to? I'm not going to spill the beans about this group because they might be the real deal.

As far as I can tell, they claim outwardly to worship some sort of extraterrestrial deity. Dig deeper and they seem to just be interested in things that are taboo and amoral, just like any other group of edgy kids might be. I've yet to see any proof that it's actually a large organization. I'm "joining" just to see where the bullshit leads.
