So I was in secondary school (Britfag) and a bit of a geek, if im being honest.
There used to be a couple of us who hung out and played TT games and trading card games and stuff. Nerdy shit.
There was a guy who used to hang around us all the damn time, lets call him Kevin. Because that is his name,

Kevin was weird as shit, clearly had Aspergers or something, would flip out at the smallest shit and was crazy obsessed with certain things.
He used to sit at the back of the class and rip up tiny bits of paper and write shit on them, working out the liklihood of getting certain "loot" if he played Runescape for 4 or 6 or 8 hours, if he came in the next day pissed off then you knew he didnt get what he wanted the night before.

One time he had jam sandwiches for lunch and these girls kept whispering "jam sandwiches" to him over and over and he screamed for about 30 seconds straight, pushed the table over and threw a chair at one of them.

One time some older kid asked him sarcastically if his mother spread his jam right on his sandwiches, or if she was too drunk (she was an alcoholic, used to walk him part of the way to school on her way to work and be drinking neat vodka as she walked) and kevin told this kid that he would kill and rape his sister if he didn't shut up. This tiny 5'3" kid, telling a 6 foot guy shit like that, we thought he was going to be killed, but he just kind of walked away.

So the "Big crazy thing" that happened with Kevin

He had been having some trouble with these kids in the year above us, they were just giving him shit and he was really fucking pissed about it. You could tell.

They invited him to go to the park with them later, obviously a pretense. We heard around school that they were going to let a few of these girls beat him to humiliate him. And he agrees like it would be the nicest thing in the world.

So I only know what happened because I live near the park and caught the end when the ambulance & police turned up and got the rest out of someone else who had been there, since it was all pretty quickly hushed up. But Kevin had been mumbling about how *his character in runescape* would deal with people like this. How he would deal with the dishonour.

So he turns up at the park, the girls start bullying him and he loses his shit. He grabs the ringleader by the hair and smashes her face into a metal fence a few times, breaking teeth and cutting her lip and face wide open, this other girl he kicks in the head a bunch of times. When the guys go over to try and stop him he pulls out a steak knife and stabs the one guy twice, once in the hand and once in the arm, another one gets his face cut.

He gets arrested and they decide to not tell anyone that this puny kid fucked four of them up on his own, but he is gone for ages and when he comes back he has "meetings" with this person every other day, we think it was a councilor or psychologist or something. After we left school noone heard from him, I see his mum every now and then but have no idea where he is.

So my guys name was Mike. Mike was not smart, usually. Because he was quiet and sullen and didn't open up. I had a lang class with him and we were the two smartasses who the teacher got moist over. We ended up being kinda chummy. I find out over the course of the semester (teacher let us and like 3 other kids hang outside to do work because she trusted us) that his dad taught him MMA, Krav Maga, hapkido, and other shit like that.
He can also be silent as fuck. Like walking on leaves and not make a noise kind of shit.

Well we met freshman year. In junior year of HS I'm on the swim team and this kid dave was giving me shit. I got pretty sick with this genetic bullshit and dave kept saying I was faking.
I mentioned it offhand to Mike. 3 days later, Dave goes to the lockers during practice to grab some water. 15 minutes later he still isn't back. I figure fuck it ill check if he's dead. I go down to the mens locker room and Dave is passed out, right arm has a shallow cut, and his nose is bloody as fuck, also some pretty harsh red/blue marks around his neck. He never spoke to me ever again, never even looked me in the eye.

A month later I got jumped while headed home after a night on the town by this guy Jon. Jon was a dealer and was known for carrying a gun outside of school and generally being a batshit dude. Mike saw I had some bruises and a busted lip, I told him it was Jon.
Jon was found having overdosed. Thing is, Jon never shot up. He never got high, just sold.
I'm still friends with Mike, always will be. I have a few more stories but they follow this pattern.
I get hurt, I tell him, the person gets fucked.

So not long after I met Kevin (and before I knew how weird the guy was) he invited me to his house.

I figure Yay! A friend! and decide to go, my dad is going to pick me up about 3 hours after I get there after school when he finished work.

So I get there and he just drops his bag and coat and all his shit in the living room right in front of his mum, does not say a word and goes up to his room while his mum picks his shit up.

His room is weird as shit too. There is an obvious cum sock next to his bed and there are printed hentai pictures just laying around. He even has a picture of some tentacle porn taped next to his bed.

In his room he just turns on his PC and starts playing Runescape. Starts telling me all his plans and how he is going to be "The king of Gelinor" or whatever the fuck the place is called. Mumbles to himself while he is killing things and completely ignores me.

There is a knock on his door and he just sits there, I suggest that he gets it and he just ignores me. About 5 minutes later he gets up, and on a tray outside the door is his tea on a tray, he eats it while ignoring me with one hand while the other hand is on his mouse. He finishes it, puts the tray outside his door and shuts us back in the room. Tells me that he only see's his mum in the morning when they walk together, she just gets drunk the rest of the time.

He just pretty much ignores me for 3 hours and plays Runescape, at one point visibly rubbing himself while killing animals in the game.

I left and never went back, the only thing sadder than that room was passing his mum drinking vodka on the couch watching soaps in silence.

I have this really weird but extremely interesting long time freind who lives out in an old farmhouse with hsi parents. hes 20 so i guess thats ok? Hes really reclsive and me and him rarely talk anymore but iv heard stories from other freinds that know him. Last i heard about him he collected rare knives off of the internet, listens to post-rock and sold his own art online. have absolutley no idea what hes up to now this is info i got from like 3-4 years ago. He was also heavily interested in the paranormal and this one time me and him explored a local abandoned house down his road. Told several ghost stories to eachother before we stopped talking.
