I decided to try fixing my chakras I have never did it before this followed some guides online for meditation and I feel really good now it is really weird. If you guys have never tried it before you should try it to see what I mean. Feels like I just woke up from sleeping really good.

I try to meditate every day but sone days my thoughts just wont shut the fuck up. Been going at it for about 5 years now and gotten no where
