You would also need to know what kind of thoughts are going through their heads. Are they infested with constant negative chatter and self-talk going on in their heads? Do they think only negative things or do they make a deliberate effort to cleanse negative thoughts? Do they ever wish good things on others? Do they have visualizations of light or darkness, or do they not visualize anything beyond the material?

You could argue that consciousness is an element though and is neither negative or positive and it's disposition in a person and the answer to all of those things is based on their brain chemistry which is a physical process. But meh.

it's fair to say in our human perspective, it's impossible to completely view another's consciousness (let alone judge it).
