It's simple. In *layman's terms*, you use your mana (conscious) to manifest causality into reality, which is in constant change operating in collaboration with matter/mind.

You access your mana pool via "gnosis" which is a meditative state, also known as no mind, samadhi, etc.

You expand your mana pool by repeatedly accessing Gnosis or meditating every day, atleast for 15 minutes.

Once you reach Gnosis, you need to /manifest/ an "intention". Which basically means a strong desire. You can do this with chanting, drawing sigils, projecting them mentally onto certain objects, making "magical objects". etc You're only limited by your imagination.

An important thing to have in mind, or better stated, unlearn and unmind, is disregarding social conditioning.

Any prejudice you have against an idea, ethnicity and way of behavior is illusory and such ego barriers will strongly impede your ascension. Magic works and "ascension" go hand in hand, the least ascended you are, the least capable you are in terms of manifesting yourself.

Just unlearn all conditioning. You can do this by challenging all of your ideas.

There are so many things that play into this, all working towards ascension.

As someone who believes in magic, I don't think that you should limit yourself with dogmatic nonsense. Everyone here's talking about rituals, prayers, alchemy and other nonsense as if they are definitely working the way they think it works. Nobody really knows anything, there's only those who believe and those who don't, and those who actually believe that those things exist and work, think of them differently.

My advice is that find what you believe, explore it yourself, create yourself sigils, rituals, gestures, magic words or don't use any of those. Create your own way of doing magic, magick, sorcery, alchemy or whatever you prefer to call it. Remember, there's no proof that these things work but no proof that they don't work either. There's a chance that what you believe is real. Chose what you believe wisely because it will be your reality.
