I remember it as well. It was right around the time Blair Witch Came out, which made me around 11 years old. Cartoon Network was doing a marathon of Scooby Doo stuff and included this in between episodes. Was kinda cool

There was a pulp fiction paraody one too, was good stuff. I think this was before adult swim happened and they knew stoned teens watched Scooby Doo marathons. As one anon said cartoon network used to be a lot cooler.
