What do you have on while you meditate?
I find that normal methods of meditation aren't comfortable for me, so I resort to wild drug-induced dancing. The benefit of that is that any decent song I can dance to works for me.
Even then I prefer songs with foreign lyrics that I can't consciously understand, I don't need a story through the music distracting me.

I was meditating once and I started hearing strange metal clacking noises and so I focused on what I was hearing and I was hit with the sound of rushing wind and then a train horn so loud I was knocked out of my meditative state and fell off my bed.

Any guided meditation videos you guys would recommend?
I don't know why but I've been unable to concentrate for a while now, I think I need to start with the basics again.
I feel my body vibrate all over when I'm falling asleep sometimes. Is this the beginning of an OBE or lucid dreaming?
Haven't meditated for years but remember at one point being deep in meditation then experiencing a ball of light entering through my lower back and being filled with light my stomach muscles tensed up followed by muscles in my limbs, not sure what happen but it was a very powerful experience.
