That is not the case, I only mentioned those as an example of my introduction to what the pineal gland is and the experiences of others. Having slightly too much fluoride when you're growing up is a real risk factor, it's bad for teeth in particular. Ireland has more cavities than Europe, yet we fluoridate our water, I think this is down to dental fluorosis acquired because of the unknown amount of fluoride the average Irish person takes every day. No joke, it's impossible to find out how much fluoride you're ingesting every day with labeling and packaging; and there are no studies on how much the average person takes in a day.
