The letter mentions "Nazism" nearly 50 years before the Nazi Party was created. How?

Either:
1. The letter was NOT from 1871, it only claimed to be in order to appear prophetic,
or
2. The Nazi Party took it's name from a secret plan that was made 50+ years ago
