The one on the right is a simple Norse Bindrune. From what I can see there's stuff like Fire/Enlightenment, Power, and Ice/Preservation if I'm reading them correctly. I'd have to get my grimoire to figure out what it probably does, but dream control doesn't sound too far-fetched for that right hand one
