Stardew Valley.
Though there is a minimal bit of story and dialogue you can basically ignore it all and just spend all your time tending your farm, fishing or mining.

That game gets really fucking boring really fast. It's alright for the first 10-12 hours, but then it gets repetitive as fuck.
It looks pretty, though.

Like in the OP Terraria would fit if you are after multiplayer, but there isn't that much else as far as I can think of other than card games like >>85730 or the obvious ones like minecraft.
Stardew Valley also has plans on adding multiplayer at some point as well. Though I have no idea when.

Scratch that, I thought of something. There is Don't Starve Together which is basically the multiplayer version of Don't Starve.
Skipped my mind because it is early access still.

I've done hundreds of hours of listening to other stuff while playing those.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Problem being that I have played Terraria, Minecraft and Don't Starve (together) so much that they're not really fun anymore.
I bought Stardew Valley because I like the idea of the game (excluding the relationship shit)
