Recommend me any pretty anime films that I haven't seen. Here's my MAL list: http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Pacal_II

Visuals are the priority here but mention also if the film has a complex or rather simple plot.

Patema Inverted
>>
Not reading through the list there.

-Just go with all Makoto Shinkai films.

-The Girl Who Leaped Through Time isn't visually spectacular, but it needs to be watched anyway by everyone.
>>
You sure watch a lot of movies, don't you?
Summer Wars isn't the best thing ever but at least you still haven't watched it.
Also, Nerawareta Gakuen for absolutely insane animation and bittersweet romance (same director as Grimgar from this season), Saint Onii-san for some innocent divine comedy and "Aura: something something" for chuunibyou antics and bullying.

Scrolling through stuff I've seen that you haven't:

Combustible (Katsuhiro Otomo)
Digimon Adventure Movie (Mamoru Hosoda)
Gauche the Cellist (Isao Takahata)
Golgo 13: The Professional (Osamu Dezaki)
Hinata no Aoshigure (Hiroyasu Ishida)
Jinsei Best Ten (Mitsuyo Kakuta)
Kizuna Ichigeki (Mitsuru Hongou)
Mai Mai Miracle (Sunao Katabuchi)
Minky Momo in the Bridge Over Dreams (Yoshitaka Fujimoto)
Princess Arete (Sunao Katabuchi)
Rain Town (Hiroyasu Ishida)
Saint Young Men (Noriko Takao)
Space Adventure Cobra (Osamu Dezaki)
Tamako Love Story (Naoko Yamada)

All are visually great, none have complex plots. Many are short.
Speaking of shorts, it seems you're alright with independent animation, in which case I direct you to:

You don't have to read through it all, just check if the ones you want to recommend are there. I've seen all of this.
>>74897
I have actually seen Summer Wars but the rest I haven't.
>>75013
Haven't seen the last one, thanks. Don't know if I'd say Gundam even the movie trilogy is pretty.
>>75045
Nice, haven't actually seen any of these and throught before of seeing some of them. Thanks.

I actually read an article about the Geidai school like two days ago. Was going to check that stuff out when I have some spare time.
>>75069
Cool
>>
>>75045
Can I check out the Digimon Movie by Hasoda if the last time I saw Digimon was at least twelve years ago? On top of that just a couple of eps and I don't even remember which version it was, if there even are versions.

Also, is this the one Iso and Mori worked on?
>>
>>75134
Guess the same question should go for Minky Momo and Tamako Market movie.
>>
>>75135
Everything I recommended works as a standalone, though I'd recommend Tamako Market of only because I think it's a good show.
>>
>>75226
Mochi solves everything was only decent, not deserving of a movie

Cool opinion man!

Angel's Egg
>>
>>75412
Angel's Egg not only I have seen, but I also gave it a 10/10, have it in my top 5 and there's a pic of it in my description on mal.

I put my list on there for a reason.

Tamako Love Story.
You do need to watch the series first though.
>>
>>75531
Seen it, it's on there. Have you seen Red Spectacles? It's the first film set in that setting. It's a live-action film made by Mamoruu Oshii, try it out.

>here's my my anime list list

Cardcaptor Sakura movies (only makes sense after watching the series though). Ghibli films you haven't seen: Coquelicot-zaka kara, Karigurashi no Arrietty.
