Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
You only selected a home partition. You also need to specify a root (/) partition and a boot (/boot/efi) partition.

Alright, now I have the /boot/efi partition set up, but how would I go about setting up the root partition? Do I have to create a separate partition? Thanks.
Well shit. I just chose the mount points, it's just stuck on this screen.

Is the progress bar on top progressing?

No, but in the time since posting this, I fixed it by unmounting all the partitions in gparted.
