holy shit this is driving me crazy

so there's this movie or tv show i'm trying to find. i don't remember much about it except that it's probably a comedy, maybe animated, and there's this scene in it;

>at least two characters doing something
>one of them is dumb, the other one(s) is/are smart(er)
>something catches on fire
>the dumbest character stomps on it/sprays it with water. whatever he does, it ruins the object
>at the same time, the other character(s) come back with a water hose/fire extinguisher. something that wouldn't have ruined the object that much
>the dumber character is like "oh yeah that works too" or something
>the smarter guys probably make fun of or get angry with the dumber guy

i've been looking in every movie or tv show i might have seen recently for this scene but i have no idea and it's keeping me from sleeping.
