What I meant was a non-romance overarching plot. So, for example, action/adventure shows about saving the world from aliens, with a romance subplot. As to what's there to conclude, I meant the relationship itself. I want the anime to reach a satisfactory end point in that regard and not just cut off randomly because "lul read the manga".

Cosmopolitan Prayers is a story the main character of Hit o Narae supposedly wrote, it exists only to setup Hit o Narae, a series about the writer trying to balance the different girls all demanding more time on screen by seducing the protagonist in various ways. Love Love? Is the final series and 100x more ecchi than the previous series. It exists to show the girls as naked as possible as often as possible.

You can watch Cosmopolitan Prayers and Hit o Narae but they're unnecessary if all you want is the ecchiest
