Off the top of my head there's mcomix, cdisplayex, mangameeya and honeyview, heck, i just tried it and even sumatrapdf can handle comic book archives.
I'm sure that some of them have advantages over the others, i recall someone saying that mangameeya is able to handle large archives much better than cdisplay for example.
Either do some research yourself, try them all out or just pick one at random, they should all work just fine.
