I'm lazy and don't want to manually download pages from bato.to
I've tried a few different tools and they all don't seem to work, anyone have any that work or will I have to download stuff manually?

There aren't many series where that makes sense, and even the few batoto only groups get their stuff ripped elsewhere. What in particular are you looking for?

I just mangled some shit together with CURL
$ curl --limit-rate 50k -o "#1.png" http://img.bato.to/comics/2017/09/02/e/read59ab39fcdfa18/img[000001-000027].jpg && zip Elf-san_wa_Yaserarenai_009.cbz ./* && mv *.cbz ../ && exit
it's not pretty but it works
Is there a reason you couldn't just grab the zips from the scanlators for that series? They have working download links.

Have you tried this program? It works for me.
I had to break the link because it was detected as spam, just connect them with a dot
