First you asked for a link to the image you posted, then you asked for a side to upload it while answering your own question which threw me off. The archive links aren't permanent and guaranteed, but they do last longer than actual 4chan.org links.

Imgur does not require an account. You can literally go onto their home page and drag and drop an image and it'll upload and generate a link.
