hey friends, so I'm putting together a new computer, but I need a new monitor. I was thinking of doing dual monitors, but I'd like really good ones. my budget is a bit over a thousand.
One important thing. One of the monitors must be able to pivot. any suggestions?

That sounds too low of a budget for 2 monitors. If I was you I would buy a really good one that save up for the second later. You can just buy a stand if you want a monitor to pivot.

What size are you thinking for both monitors? And what resolution are you thinking of getting?

Alright, so what I think I'll do is just use the current budget I have now, get one monitor, then down the road a bit, get another one. For now, I'm open when it comes to size. I'm going for hz since I have a 4k tv that I can use if I'd really like to. Any thing I should look into?
