Hello everybody, I hope you are having a good morning, day, evening or night! I have this pair of Silvercrest Bluetooth headphones that won't turn on. When I try to charge them, the light doesn't go on either. Could somebody please help me get them working again or do I get new ones? Thank you very much in advance!

Maybe it's something easy, try a different charging cable if you can, or a different charging wall wort. Maybe clean out the port with a toothpick / canned air. Sounds like it's just not getting a good connection between the cable and the port.

Okay, so I realized that they're working when they're plugged in but even if I let them charge, they stop working when I take them out
