Ever since installing my new SSD with a fresh version of windows 10, upon startup the cursor blinks 7-10 times and then the windows logo appears. Never had this happen with my HDD. Is this a known problem/effect startup time?

The #1 slot for boot in the bios is the SSD.

Boot Option #1 is the Samsung SSD, to be more specific.
