I wasted a good half hour trying to find it, if that's any consolation (many combos of yandex/google/cropping/rescaling/checking pages where it appeared/googling descriptive search terms). No luck–it seems to have just popped up on forum threads (not just here, but nowhere useful).

Seems like it was probably a screenshot of a comic that was either never public or deleted, but maybe someone else has better google-fu than me and can still dig it up.
