Is it possible to create an email address using some asian services

most email providers only allow ascii characters -- when you see an email address in anime you'll notice that it never has any japanese in it

http://пoчтa.pyc allows cyrillic characters and presumably might allow other unicode as well including chinese/japansese, but I haven't checked
otherwise your best bet is a self-hosted mail server

but note that both the sender and reciever of the email have to have support for unicode. so if you get an address like this some people with older systems may be unable to send or recieve email to you
