i need big .tiff images to test something.
like, really big. about 100,000x100,000 pixels big, or bigger if they even exist,
no blank images, it must have unique content.
preferably torrent, but direct downlad is also fine.
How about you generate them locally to your specifications? Most image editors (starting from the free GIMP to all the commercial programs) have pattern fills, support tiles, can scale up, can generate fractals, etc.
Fractals are probably your best bet now that I think about it - simple formula, infinite content.

i've tried fractals, but i can't find anything that saves as .tiff files.

Not really. An uncompressed 100k by 100k image is just a massive heap of data. If you look into the specifications you could probably write a generator, that just dumps random data (or patterns) into a file until it has written 100k strips.
What kind of TIFF are we even talking about? The specs of TIFF are a mess and there's dozens of versions with different compatibilities, compressions, etc. I believe standard TIFF is limited to 4 GB file size, so you probably can't even store a 100k by 100k?

any .tif or .tiff (i think), i didn't know there was a 4 gb limit. are there any formats that allow for images as large as i need/want?
i've heard of .psb, but afaik that needs photoshop and it loads the whole thing into ram, the program i'm using doesn't seem to do that, it just loads the part you're looking at, though you can't see the whole image at once.
