I just finished Boku Girl and REALLY want another manga/anime like it.
I try using the "gender bender" tag, but that just brings up a bunch of crossdressing nonsense instead of actual gender change.
Not to be picky, but preferably one that doesn't look like some Korean shit where everyone has super long slender limbs and weird faces that are incredibly unappealing.
I tried Shishunki Bitter Change but that ended up being super depressing. Especially the ending. I hate it.
What if I asked pretty please with a cherry on top?
I'd also totally accept a lady becoming a dude.

Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl, it could be considered shoujo ai tho (don't kill me /u/). There is an anime adaptation that is good until de churistmas episode.
Also, it is crossdressing, but Prunus Girl is pretty good, maybe you want to give it a chance.

I will check it out ASAP! Not craaaazy on the artstyle, but beggars can't be choosers.
As far as Prunus Girl goes, I'm willing to give it a shot, though even with crossdressing stuff, I usually prefer the changed person to be the protag.
Some genderbender manga for you:
Ame Nochi Hare
Balance Policy
Kami-sama no Ekohiiki
Kanojo ni Naru hi
Nozomu Nozomi
Nyotai-ka!
oh yeah also:
Sekainohate de Aimashou
Megu Miruku
Tensei Shoujo Zukan
can't think of any more right now

Ore No Twintail
As mention earlier Prunus Girl really is worth a read.
Also, No Bra, & Hourou Musuko

Good suggestion, though I think that's mainly action and the actual change is just for like, a very rare joke or two / fan service gag.
