That needs a Google account (which I have, though I just don't like how easy that makes it for people to look through all of the other things on my profile even though it's nothing bad. I just don't like feeling spied on.)

You can upload anything and create a public link to it. People with the link can only see the content you've specifically shared, and nothing else in your Dropbox. The downside is that if too many people download it, the link gets temporarily disabled.

There are free alternatives such as https://catbox.moe/, but with no account, you don't have much control over your content.
