Is there any way I can set my computer to automatically start

Is there any way I can set my computer to automatically start a playlist from spotify or youtube at a given time? As in, I put it to start at a certain time in advance. I tried looking online for software but could only find stuff that does the reverse, i.e turn music off after or at a given time.

Greatly appreciate any help and please explain any instructions like I'm 5.
