Ok quick question. I have to raise the temperature to 3200 degrees yet you can only raise it by 441, 295 or 161 at a time from 3 buttons. How am I suppose to figure out how much to raise and what to raise with? What's the answer?

Got Bored, tried to brute force it with a spreadsheet, here is the closest i could find:
3201=3*441+2*295+8*161

It's NP-complete so I brute-forced from -100 to 100. Solutions include
-90 99 85
-81 85 86
-74 92 54
-72 71 87
-67 99 22
-65 78 55
-63 57 88
-58 85 23
-56 64 56
-54 43 89
-51 92 -9
-49 71 24
-47 50 57
-45 29 90
-44 99 -41
-42 78 -8
-40 57 25
-38 36 58
-36 15 91
-35 85 -40
-33 64 -7
-31 43 26
-29 22 59
-28 92 -72
Note that these all involve negative numbers i.e. "reverse presses" for these buttons. You can't reach 3200 with only increases. Personally I would just get a better oven.

Assume that there is an integer solution of 441 a + 295 b + 161 c = 3200 with a,b,c >= 0
441 = 7^2 3^2
295 = 5 59
161 = 7 23
3200 = 2^7 5^2
modulo 7 : b = 1 (mod 7), or b = 7y + 1, y >= 0
441 a + 295 (7y + 1) + 161 c = 3200
441 a + 2065 y + 161 c = 2905
63 a + 295 y + 23 c = 415
So, y=1 : 63 a + 23 c = 120
a is 0 or 1 but neither 120 nor 120-63=57 are divisible by 23, a contradiction.
or y=0 : 63 a + 23 c = 415
you can produce a contradiction as above, for example.

When the math thread has a sniper, only the smartest
I made a typo. It's 411 instead of 441.
Also there's no need for help any more. It's from a puzzle in West of Loathing and I ended up just spamming combinations since I couldn't figure out any better way to figure it out but brute-forcing it.
