My CPU has been running at 100% load on all my games and I have no idea what's causing it. It's only started happening to me the last few days. Games like the Witcher 3 and GTA IV which I can normally run at high or max settings for a smooth 60 fps have taken HUGE hits. Even a game like CS:GO isn't getting over 30 fps. My temps are all fine and I've checked task manager to clear anything that may be causing it but found nothing. At the moment my CPU is idling at about 15-20% with no tabs open or anything. There's one process named "saUI.exe" which I don't think I've seen before so I don't know if I have some sort of trojan or something. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do a MalwareBytes scan. This happened to me a few years back, and I had a BTC miner installed through some game that definitely wasn't worth the trouble. I think they make it so they're only active during a game, so hopefully players won't notice the extra computer activity.

I've done some scans with Avast and ByteFence I'm just a cheap fuck and don't want to spend money to clean it all up. I think I might get around to it now though

I think MBAM's better.
Regardless, it couldn't hurt to do a reset just in case. Just back up anything important that can't be replaced.
Use adwcleaner, it can help at least and will not damage nothing in your pc.
