im trying to do the lights in eyes effect like pic related or those "I am growing stronger" images, can someone give me those lights as a transparent image, doesn't have to be pic related, just and light glare or vector,

lens flare png or Lens Flare Effect

If u use PS just select screen to remove the black. If you search PNG, it's already good to go.
