Do you want American fan art or Japanese fan art?

If you want Japanese: Gelbooru, Danbooru, and Sankaku Complex are all great sites. The website you're talking about is probably Pixiv.

If you also want American fan art, try DeviantArt or if you want mostly porn, Rule34.paheal.

Oh, besides Pixiv, there's also Nijie and Niconico Seiga. I believe you need an account on both of those to see the lewd stuff though. Maybe the same for Pixiv, too, I haven't been signed out for years now.

Also, if you just want safe pictures, you can use Safebooru. I think it uses Gelbooru as its base? Might be wrong. You can get the same effect by using the tag "rating:safe" on Gelbooru/Danbooru/Sankaku, by the way.

there's also yande.re and konachan, and tumblr/twitter are great sources if you know the artists to follow (twitter mostly releases on pixiv anyway though)
