Ok /wsr/ is it possible to ssh from a virtual machine to a physical machine? F or whatever reason when I try this The port 22 connection is refused.

Each VM should get it's own local IP so it should be able to SSH into another local computer, what's the error you're getting if you try to type from your VM `ssh 192.168.1.1XX` into your physical machines IP? Maybe you just don't have an SSH server setup on the host PC to accept SSH connections, or the daemon isn't running
