I format my PC becase it had this search engine and I couldn't remove it. But after format it continues in my PC.
How can I remove it? why does it keep in my PC even after format?

you formatted and reinstalled just for this? Malwarebytes would have no problem disinfecting your computer

If it persisted after a full reinstall, it's not on your PC. Nothing stays on the drive after a full reinstall. something else is infected. Try, if you can, reformat again, and never connected the PC to your local internet, connect it to data or whatever, and see if it persists then, if it doesn't, I would say that your router is comprised or another machine on your network is comprised and it's getting infected via the windows share option.
