1. Write text on image in gimp or whatever
2. select layer/by colour
3. grow selection by one or two pixels
4. subtract text from selection, or make a new layer below your text
5. Fill selection

that's pretty much correct
some browser add-ons like 4chanx will put text you highlight in those spoiler tags if you press Ctrl+S
they're enabled on /a/, /co/, /tv/, /v/, /vg/, and /vp/
[spoiler]they're useless here on /wsr/[/spoiler]
4chanx will also tell you if spoiler tags are off when you press Ctrl+S

it doesn't work for me, it spoilerizes the [/ spoiler] part every single time. I don't really post from my pc very much so addons aren't really an option.
