So ive been trying to use different types of recording software for about a over 2 hours now
installing program
blackscreen after reviewing footage
troubleshoot
removing the program
reinstall another
black screen
repeat.
Ive even been desperate enough to watch youtube videos of Minecraft youtubers attempting to troubleshoot the problem, people say it works i follow all steps and still, nothing. i will provide photos of what ever is needed for now i leave you this, with the setting and videos used to troubleshoot the problem at hand. Cant be too much help showing footage since it would be a black screen. A friend of mine said it has something to due with my shitty graphics card, shitty or not i should still be able to record so i find that to be ruled out.

i did. i tried adding different types and multiple. it only picks up audio. including 'Game capture' and also 'display capture' the video will always come out a black screen

did you try running obs as admin?
