Could anyone tell me anything about this sword? I've tried to look into it but can't find anything. I don't expect it to be valuable or anything but I've had it for a few years and I'm really curious about anything I can find out.
All I know outside of what's in the pictures is that it isn't some cheap, slapped together factory garbage. It has some real weight to it and feels very sturdy.

Doesn't tell me much about this individual sword, though, just that it's a kris blade.

Looks like a cheap toy made for tourists. How firm is the handle, is it full-tang or just glued on?

Seems full tang but it's hard to tell. It's built incredibly sturdy, as if the entire thing is one solid piece though I know it isn't. There's absolutely no obvious gaps or anything where pieces connect.
The whole thing feels like it's built very strong, like I could strike a tree full force and not even harm the sword. The blade is a decent thickness and pretty rigid, though flexible enough to not feel like it'll snap.

Some lovely cunt I know is a blacksmith. I asked him if this looks hand forged, and he said it's probably not. Not sure how extensively he looked at it.
