I'm not an animepro, but I need something to kill some time now and I'm too poor for new videogames. I used to watch a lot 10 years ago or so, but now I'm out of the loop. Animes I liked were
- Mushishi (8/10)
- Gurren Lagann (9.5/10)
- Welcome to the NHK (10/10)
- Full Metal Alchemist (8/10)
- Eureka 7 (Probably too old for this sort of content now)
- Code Geass (6/10)
- Death Note (6/10)
Anything similiar to this? I tried watching Attack on Titan but the characters felt off.

Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei
Tatami Galaxy
pirate video games

Tatami Galaxy looks interesting. Thanks

You might like something like Barakmon/ Shirobako/ Space Brothers/ Samurai Flamenco.
All four deal with twenty somethings trying to either grow up or find their niche without all of the NEET drug use of welcome to the NHK.
Try the new show Castlevania, its not made in asia so its not too edgy. Its also very short so feel free to gamble an afternoon on it
Bartender gave me the same contemplative feel of Mushishi
Hyouka
Black Lagoon
Baccano
One Punch Man (more tentative to rec this than the others, but you might like it)

if you like One Punch Man watch Mob Psycho 100, its less silly more quality artsy stuff

>artsy
It's not artsy, and just as silly.
