My computer will not boot up all of a sudden there are lights on the motherboard but no Q code when I try to turn it on I can hear a tick noise but it won't boot up at all I already tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and clearing the CMOS but nothing please help I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out.

Take it apart and run it barebones until you find the problem. Alternatively, if the mobo has a speaker, listen for beep codes.

I understand your hesitance but it's really not hard. Literally google "how to take apart a pc". This is wikihow-tier easy.
Chances are the problem lies within your power supply or mobo, seeing as you're not getting q codes. My first step would be swapping power supplies and seeing if anything changes.
