I want to delete all the accounts I've made and get a fresh start and I wanna know if doing that will also delete all accounts from different websites as there isnt an email for it anymore.

No. Most sites don't continuously check to make sure your email is still valid.

Just delete your email account, and don't try to log in to your other accounts so in that way they can remove it. Or sort of like that.
