I need help, I was just looking through a bunch of symbols and found this, I have never seen it before and the webpage it's attached to doesn't work, I think it's from nationstates.net but I don't have the time or patience to look through the 10's of thousands of pages. If you know what it is and/or have the full high res image that would be nice. Sorry about the poor image quality but since the webpage doesn't work this is the best I can do

These are fascist flags from various countries. I can't find the one you've circled. It's entirely possible it is a fictional flag.
