i dont know what im doing wrong i click on the load decrypted roms and select the folder but it just has an error pop up

Do you have the demul bios?

make sure the bios is in a folder called roms in the demul directory, create it if it's not there
then just try running dreamcast and see if it works
If it works go to config > GD-Rom then select it

Why do people always suggest DEmul over nulldc?
For me nulldc is less buggy.
