Hi there, can someone suggest me a good site to see UK television from aboard? I'm interested mostly in BBC and their site is blocked for ips outside england

it's not form me, it's for a non tech friend of mine, I would have set up a VPN in no time but I can't do remotley to him and he is not smart enough to follow basic instructions, so I tought a streaming website would work best
