I need to count calories + extra info for college homework.
Can someone help me out and fill out one of the entries for one serving of spaghetti? I also need an explanation on what the "percentages" on the bottom means.

did you actually cook only 1/6 of the box?
anyway, assuming you did, that's
>(56g/ 1/6 of pkg.) dry
so you look under the "56g" column for how many calories you record
oh, but wait, not all calories are created equal
you record 'calories from carbs' separately from 'calories from fat'
so crunch the numbers like you crunched dry spaghett
>the percentages
>"What percent of your total daily calories came from a certain macronutrient?"
e.g. if you had a keto day (ultra-low carb), and got
carb: 100 cal
protein: 900 cal
fat: 1000 cal
total: 2000 cal
you'd do their percentages:
>carb: 5%
>protein: 45%
>fat:50%
